Client Feedback & Reviews
"I’ll start by saying, I can’t imagine having a better therapist than Cyndi! She’s is kind, compassionate, and an amazing therapist who understands her clients. She always gives me clarity even on my darkest days. I’ve been working with her for almost two years and it’s been such a rewarding experience. I feel more my self with every session."
"As a first-generation daughter of Mexican Immigrants, finding a therapist who "gets me" and that I can identify with has had such a positive impact on my life and mental health. Cyndi creates a welcoming and safe space, and as hard as it is for me to be vulnerable, Cyndi makes it easier with her judgment-free approach. It's no secret that within traditional Hispanic cultures, mental health is still largely stigmatized, especially in the Gen X and older generations. If you're ready to start your healing journey."
"I met Cyndi at a time in my life when I had completely lost my sense of purpose. I felt overwhelmed and was full of uncontrolled emotions. From the very beginning, she was patient and consistent, showing up for me week after week while gently challenging me to grow. Because of her guidance, I’ve learned how to choose myself, set healthy boundaries, and manage my anxiety with tools I never thought I’d have. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her."
"Working with Cyndi has been a truly transformative experience. From our very first session, I felt genuinely heard and supported. Session by session, I noticed myself showing up with increased compassion and resilience, thanks to the practical tools and empathetic guidance she provided. Cyndi listens attentively to my logical explanations, then gently encourages me to explore my emotional intuition, guiding me through discomfort and supporting my readiness to heal. This journey has taught me to embrace vulnerability as a source of strength, and I am deeply grateful for the profound changes I’ve experienced. I look forward to continuing this path of healing and self-discovery, confident that I am not alone in facing life’s complexities."
I’ve been seeing Cyndi for several years to help me process childhood trauma. She is very friendly, welcoming, and funny while also very knowledgeable, attuned, and supportive. Cyndi uses a combination of techniques that help me name the logical, rationale feelings while also physically recognizing the sensations to be more self aware. She’s also taught me a lot of practical coping skills to use in everyday life. I know I’m in safe hands with her and hope to be her client as long as she’s practicing!
